What is a credit?
One credit runs one show end-to-end — the full feature set, every device, the whole crew. No per-seat charges, ever.
Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
Both top up the same credits. Monthly grants 1 credit each month (Pro €20, Premium €40). Yearly grants 12 credits up front (Pro €180, Premium €360) — that's 25% cheaper per credit. Cancel either anytime.
Do credits expire?
Bundle credits last 12 months from purchase. Single-event passes are valid until you run the show. Your rundowns and notes stay saved either way.
Who am I buying from?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorised reseller of Run The Show, processes your payment, and appears on your receipt and card statement. The service itself is operated by PT Alpha Jaya Inovasi.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The Starter plan runs one free show per month with the whole feature set, no card required.
